ICS adminservice is one of the world’s 14 SAP-certified providers of business process outsourcing services

ICS adminservice and GISA have recently been certified as SAP Outsourcing Operations Partners for the 6th time.

Together with GISA GmbH, ICS adminservice is an experienced provider of specialized business process outsourcing (BPO) with SAP® ERP. ICS adminservice takes over entirecommercial processes or sub-processes in the areas of payroll, finance and accounting as well as travel expense accounting atthe customer’s request. The technical part (data center) is handled by GISAGmbH. Customizing and application support are carried out under joint responsibility.

Based on existing technical certifications
of GISA GmbH, ICS adminservice was once again able to successfully present its BPO services in the current certification process.

The certification as an SAP-certified provider of business process outsourcing services was again awarded with a validity of two years. There are currently 6 SAP BPO partners in Germany, and 14 worldwide (SAP Outsourcing Operations Partner Guide).
