Our customers are satisfied. This is shown by the results of this year’s customer satisfaction survey.

With a response rate of almost 70 percent, we are very pleased that we achieved an average score of 1.29 on the rating scale from 1 (very good) to 4 (bad). This continues the positive trend of recent years.

Our customers are satisfied in all important areas: We score excellently in the friendliness and competence of our employees, the quality of our service, our adherence to deadlines, the response time as well as in the topics of accessibility and complaint handling!

Our customers want friendly support and expect their concerns to be handled reliably and competently. To this end, contact persons should be easily accessible by phone and deal with complaints professionally. All of this is a reality at ICS adminservice.

Our goal is that the “only” satisfied customers become very satisfied customers. We continue to work on this.
