Since April 1, Mr. Dirk Giesen has been strengthening the management of ICS adminservice GmbH as an in-house tax consultant. He will be responsible for the commercial area with immediate effect.
In his function as Head of Finance and Accounting, Dirk Giesen manages the business unit in terms of personnel and has specialist responsibility for accounting, accounting and commercial issues for corporate customers. He is also the contact person for ongoing advice on tax and business management topics.
Dirk Giesen can draw on a wealth of experience in tax and business consulting for companies. In recent years, he has worked as a managing director, partner and in-house tax consultant in medium-sized companies and consulting firms. Before joining ICS, Dirk Giesen worked for the renowned law firm PETERSEN HARDRAHT PRUGGMAYER Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater Partnerschaft mbB in Leipzig advising companies of different legal forms and sizes on all tax issues.
Together with Michael Wohlfahrt (Managing Director) and Kathrin Lewin (Authorized Signatory, Head of Service Management and Human Resources), Dirk Giesen will steer the fortunes of ICS adminservice GmbH with immediate effect as Commercial Director and Head of Finance and Accounting.
