Are you looking for a job that combines payroll accounting and customer service? As a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for our customers for all technical requirements and their implementation options. We have been a service provider for payroll accounting for more than 30 years and thus keep our customers’ backs free.

We are looking for part-time or full-time employees to join our Human Resources team at our Leuna site and in Halle (Saale).

Your tasks:

• Together with your colleagues, you will support our clients and partners in all matters relating to payroll tax and social security law
• You update your specialist knowledge on remuneration-related topics and are responsible for passing on knowledge internally
• You develop solutions in the operational and strategic day-to-day business of payroll accounting
• You independently design specialist area and process-specific innovations, e.g.adapting to changes in legislation
• You accompany the implementation of new customers and coordinate the cooperation between the clients, the data centers and our team

Your profile:

• Completed studies in business administration or information science or completed training with several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
• Interest in the implementation and processing of monthly payroll accounting, combined with up-to-date knowledge of wage tax, social security and travel expenses law
• Customer orientation, consulting skills and an independent and solution-oriented way of working
