Together with GISA GmbH (www.gisa.de), ICS has been offering business process outsourcing (BPO) services based on SAP business applications for more than 20 years. Specializing in HR management as well as finance and accounting, ICS is comprehensively responsible for the commercial processes or sub-processes for its customers. GISA takes over the technical part (data center). Together, GISA and ICS are responsible for customizing and application support.

On October 29, ICS successfully passed the BPO certification again. As part of the certification process, SAP Germany continuously assesses the performance of the entire ICS BPO services. Based on the existing technical certifications of GISA (Hosting, Cloud, Application Management Services, HANA), the processes that ICS carries out on behalf of its customers throughout Germany have been certified. In accounting, this includes general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting, as well as commercial sub-processes in controlling, the project system and logistics. In the area of human resources, payroll accounting, travel expense accounting, sub-processes of organizational management, time management, and applicant management.
As certified SAP BPO partners, ICS and GISA offer the full range of business process outsourcing services based on SAP business applications according to high-quality standards. There are currently 6 SAP BPO partners in Germany and 17 worldwide (SAP Outsourcing Operations Partner Guide).
The certification was awarded with a validity of two years.
