From October 2014 to January 2015, the HR trade magazine PERSONAL IM FOKUS and the analysis institute ServiceValue surveyed 12,000 readers of the trade magazine and more than 86,000 subscribers to the newsletter “HR & Employment Law” in order to identify the best HR service providers and bring more transparency to the complex and diversified market for personnel services.
Professional competence, responding to customer needs, accessibility, speed of response, adherence to deadlines, price-performance ratio, handling of complaints were among other service and performance features to be evaluated.
The result: In the HR Outsourcing category, ICS is one of the three best service providers and receives the “HR Supporter 2015” award with the predicate Gold.
