Just in time for the turn of the year, the baton of the partner network b.o.b. HR circle will be passed on. In 2016, ICS adminservice GmbH takes over the coordination and further development of the network. As a contact person, Steffen Gautzsch (offer manager of ICS) is responsible for coordinating the activities of the partners and further increasing the awareness of the network. ICS thus replaces ALPHA COM, which was in charge in 2015, represented by Peter Fischer and Corinna Scholz.
The partner network b.o.b. HR circle bundles many years of know-how in the form of an association of eight companies that are leaders in their industry with their excellent and innovative HR solutions according to the best-of-breed approach. The partners’ broad range of services ranges from competence management, talent and personnel management as well as personnel selection and development to topics such as HR portals, payroll services, digital personnel files, travel expense management as well as intelligent organizational charts, workforce modeling, eLearning, electronic time management as well as personnel scheduling and identity and access management.
Successful projects have been realized in recent years through different constellations of partners. In 2016, further case studies will be added and provide an insight into the solutions of the b.o.b. HR circle.
