ICS adminservice is an SAP-certified provider of business process outsourcing services for another 2 years.
As part of the certification process, SAP AG continuously assesses the performance of the entire ICS-BPO services. This includes processes in accounting, controlling and logistics. On the other hand, all areas of payroll accounting and all associated activities and sub-applications are also examined.
Together, ICS adminservice and GISA GmbH have been specializing in business process outsourcing (BPO) with SAP® ERP for 25 years this year. In the areas of payroll and travel expense accounting as well as finance and accounting, the entire commercial processes or sub-processes are taken over by ICS. The technical part (data center) is handled by GISA. Together, GISA and ICS are responsible for customizing and application support.
Based on the existing technical certifications of GISA (Hosting Services, Cloud Services, Application Management Services for SAP Business Suite, SAP HANA Operations Services), the processes that ICS adminservice carries out on behalf of its customers have been certified. GISA receives excellent status with these certificates.
