For more than 20 years, ICS adminservice GmbH has been offering its customers intelligent outsourcing solutions for business processes in HR management as well as in finance and accounting based on SAP® ERP.
Together with its shareholder, GISA GmbH (www.gisa.de), the business process outsourcing services are provided on the basis of SAP business applications. ICS handles the commercial processes for its customers, while GISA handles the technical part (data center, customizing, application support).
Now ICS and GISA have been certified as joint SAP BPO partners (Business Process Outsourcing). SAP BPO partners offer the full scope of business process outsourcing services based on SAP business applications. There are currently 6 SAP BPO partners in Germany and 19 worldwide (SAP Outsourcing Operations Partner Guide).
In February 2014, ICS successfully completed the BPO certification, which is based on GISA’s existing technical certifications (hosting, application management services, cloud). The processes that ICS provides as a service provider for its customers from all over Germany were certified. These include accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting in accounting. In the area of human resources, payroll accounting, travel expense accounting and applicant management.
ICS has thus implemented another important step in its strategy to position itself as a “premium service provider” in business process outsourcing for HR and F&A.
