A huge trend is gaining ground in information technology: cloud computing. More and more companies are outsourcing their IT infrastructure (computing and network capacities, data storage, etc.). This means that software and data are no longer stored locally, but on external infrastructure. This can save costs and personnel. ICS adminservice GmbH, headquartered in Leuna, has been specializing in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for 19 years. The 81 employees implement the optimization and outsourcing of business processes in human resources, finance and accounting. Mitteldeutsche Wirtschaft spoke to ICS Managing Director Michael Teich.
