“20 successful years are proof that ICS services pay off for our customers,” says ICS Managing Director Michael Teich. “The year 2012 was one of the most successful years in the history of ICS. Sales and the number of employees increased by around 15% compared to 2011.”
With the opening of the location in Rostock, ICS was also able to further establish itself in the healthcare industry in the 20th year of its existence.
“Thanks to our clear focus on BPO services for medium-sized and large companies throughout Germany, we are consistently following market developments. Processes outside the core business have been increasingly outsourced to specialized service providers for years.” Michael Teich is very optimistic about the future and is convinced that this trend will continue to intensify in the coming years. “We will continue to create jobs and actively pursue training in the future.”
