During your apprenticeship with us, you will get to know different departments, with a focus on human resources. You will work with modern software, such as SAP and Microsoft programs, and will be optimally prepared for practice.
You will complete the theoretical part of your training at BbS II Leuna – so you will benefit from the fact that both places of learning are conveniently located in the same city.

Optimal theory teaching
Both places of learning are located in Leuna. This supports easier cooperation as well as the transfer of theory and practice.
Personal support in the company
During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by technical trainers, a training officer and your personal mentor. In monthly trainee rounds, we exchange your experiences in everyday work and at school.
Shortening of training
You will be trained with us for 3 years. We are open to shortening the duration of training in the event of good performance or appropriate previous education.
