30 days holiday
If you do a lot professionally, you should also have enough time to unwind and really switch off. With ICS adminservice, you therefore receive 30 days of vacation per year – so even longer trips are no longer a problem!
4 ICS Family Days
In addition to your holiday, you will have one day per quarter for the small and big challenges of everyday life, such as visits to the authorities, important appointments or care bottlenecks.
4 ICS care days
Analogous to the Family Days, employees who have taken over the care of needy relatives from care level 1 onwards receive 4 days off per year.
Flexitime
Even more short-term flexibility is offered by our flexitime model with multi-hour account. This allows you to vary your daily working hours in accordance with legal requirements.
Special leave
Certain events in life require special attention and make everyday working life a distant prospect. We understand this and provide appropriate special leave in the event of marriage, the birth of a child and death, among other things.
Anniversaries

Works council

We know that we can only succeed together and support and enable strong teamwork. This ensures that every employee has a holiday replacement, and in regular team meetings and coordination rounds, you can exchange ideas with colleagues and discuss the small and large successes and hardships of everyday work. Our flat hierarchy and the associated short information and decision-making paths further simplify cooperation.
Feedback is important to us. Because in order to become better, we have to learn, from experiences, from mistakes and from others. That’s why we regularly conduct customer and employee surveys. As part of our annual feedback meetings, you can exchange ideas with your team leader about your work task and with regard to mutual expectations and requirements, as well as give each other constructive criticism. In addition, our staff meeting for all colleagues takes place twice a year, where you have the opportunity to ask direct questions to the management. In addition, the doors of our management are always open to you for an exchange.
Employee events
If you work well, you should also be sociable. We celebrate at least twice a year in a large group. As part of the summer party and the Christmas party, all employees meet for a cozy get-together away from their daily work. If there are employee anniversaries to celebrate in a year, we also organize a central celebration for our employees to thank long-standing employees.
Health
We stay healthy! With our annual Health Day, we ensure individual health prevention for our employees. We also support you in the purchase of computer workstation visual aids and ergonomic workplace equipment.
