When Julia started her dual study program at ICS in 2021, the spark was there immediately. No stiff job interview, no standard blah blah blah – instead, people who listen, show interest and an atmosphere that is a direct match. Relaxed, respectful, appreciative. And the legendary “karaoke evening” lure certainly didn’t hurt either.
Her daily routine starts early – 7 a.m., coffee, short conversations with colleagues, a lunch together that brings the pulse down even on stressful days. What makes her job so special? The responsibility she is given. Not at some point – but now. She gets involved in projects, bears responsibility, helps to shape processes and experiences that trust is not just an empty phrase here. Especially as a young person, that’s a real gift.
The team is open, constructive and honest – criticism is not an attack, but a tool. And the corporate culture? Doors are open, including those of the Managing Director. Everyone can help shape ICS, everyone is listened to. That’s exactly why Julia is proud to be part of it.
Her guiding principle was particularly influential for her: “Take the reins.” For her, this means self-confidence, personal responsibility and courage – and at the same time the freedom to try it all out.
ICS is growing – and Julia is right in the middle of it. New opportunities, new projects, new potential that is only just being uncovered. This is what she is looking forward to the most: experiencing and shaping the development live.
