On October 14, 2019, a free employer workshop organized by ICS adminservice on the topic of “Tips for employers in the fight against cancer” will take place in the lecture hall of the office center. This will be carried out by Sven Weise, Managing Director of the Saxony-Anhalt Cancer Society e.V.
“Every second person will develop cancer in his or her lifetime.” The path of your specialists back to work is rocky and full of conflict, especially after oncological diseases. Cancer sufferers complain about a diffuse jungle of paragraphs and authorities or feel injustices in the support of reintegration by social security institutions and also by their own company. A counselling service offered by the Saxony-Anhalt Cancer Society (SAKG) is designed to provide support in this life situation.
Aimed at managing directors and HR managers, the following topics will be discussed, among others:
- What should employers do in the event of illness? What are your obligations?
- Funding opportunities for employers
- What can employers offer those affected?
- Reintegration, part-time, retraining? – What should I do if the employee wants to go back to work?
- Tips for employers
