To strengthen our Finance and Accounting team at our location in Leuna and prospectively in Halle (Saale), we are looking for you on a part-time or full-time basis.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Your tasks:<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

  • Checking incoming invoices for compliance with legal requirements<\/li>\n
  • Monitoring and processing our customers’ digital incoming invoices, including account assignment and posting <\/li>\n
  • Execution of payment transactions<\/li>\n
  • Ongoing reconciliation of accounts<\/li>\n
  • Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and, if necessary, special credit evaluations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      • Completed commercial training and first relevant professional experience in accounts payable accounting<\/li>\n
      • Sound and up-to-date knowledge of commercial, VAT and travel expenses law desirable<\/li>\n
      • Ideally experience with the SAP program <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Careful and analytical approach and the ability to prioritize and manage tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
