Your tasks:<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

  • Ongoing financial accounting and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB for our clients<\/li>\n
  • Support in day-to-day business with the processing of digitized incoming invoices <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Support in the implementation of relevant system and financial processes as well as in the restructuring of accounting processes<\/li>\n
  • Responsibility for coordinating technical and customer-specific requirements and monitoring contract content<\/li>\n
  • Organization and control of technical processes and projects as well as optimization of internal processes, in particular creation of guidelines, procedural instructions and other documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      • Completed commercial training (ideally with additional qualification in balance sheet accounting) and initial relevant professional experience<\/li>\n
      • Sound and up-to-date knowledge of commercial, VAT and travel expenses law<\/li>\n
      • Careful, analytical way of working and the ability to prioritize and manage tasks<\/li>\n
      • Interdepartmental thinking and action, strength in the organization and planning of work processes<\/li>\n
      • Ideally experience in working with SAP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
