This is shown by the results of this year&#8217;s customer satisfaction survey. <\/p>\n<p>With a response rate of almost 70 percent, we are very pleased that we achieved an average score of 1.29 on the rating scale from 1 (very good) to 4 (bad). This continues the positive trend of recent years. <\/p>\n<p>Our customers are satisfied in all important areas: We score excellently in the friendliness and competence of our employees, the quality of our service, our adherence to deadlines, the response time as well as in the topics of accessibility and complaint handling!<\/p>\n<h4>Top marks for ICS adminservice<\/h4>\n<p>Our customers want friendly support and expect their concerns to be handled reliably and competently. To this end, contact persons should be easily accessible by phone and deal with complaints professionally. All of this is a reality at ICS adminservice.  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our customers have <strong>100%<\/strong> a friendly contact person.<\/li>\n<li><strong>100%<\/strong> of our customers are satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of our service.<\/li>\n<li>ICS adminservice responds quickly. <strong>97%<\/strong> are satisfied or very satisfied with our response time. <\/li>\n<li>Adherence to deadlines is important to us. <strong>100%<\/strong> of our customers rate this criterion as very good or good.<\/li>\n<li>Our telephone accessibility is perceived by <strong>97%<\/strong> of our customers as very good or good.<\/li>\n<li><strong>97%<\/strong> of our customers rated the competence of our employees as very good or good.<\/li>\n<li>We deal with complaints professionally. <strong>90%<\/strong> rate our behavior as very good or good.
