In its 21-criteria assessment of BPO (Insights-Driven Business Process Outsourcing) providers, Forrester recently identified the 13 most important in the dimensions of “current offering” and “stragegy. Depending on how high the valuations are, the companies find themselves in one of the four segments as Challengers, Contenders, Strong Performers or Leaders. <\/p>\n\n
