That&#8217;s exactly what he found. His first impression was of a friendly team, a pleasant atmosphere &#8211; and the feeling that he wasn&#8217;t just &#8220;going along for the ride&#8221; here, but that he could make a difference.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"976\" data-end=\"1421\">His day starts with a mixture of routine and flexibility: coffee, emails, tickets &#8211; then he sets priorities, supports colleagues and works on his own projects. What makes his work special? The freedom to structure the day himself, to constantly solve new challenges and contribute his own ideas. The result: a status that gives him a lot of freedom and a team that relies on his judgment.   <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1778\">He is proud that his work is visible and makes a real contribution to keeping processes running smoothly. You can feel the appreciation in the company &#8211; be it through trust, his creative freedom or the support for further training and studies. Here you are not just a number, but someone who helps ICS move forward.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1780\" data-end=\"1994\">He describes the atmosphere in the team as informal, close-knit and characterized by open feedback, helpfulness and commitment. The ability to take criticism, exchange ideas and reliability are a matter of course. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1996\" data-end=\"2327\">What did he learn at ICS? Taking responsibility, using his freedom and, above all, building up a broad technical knowledge &#8211; including a real passion for IT.
